Kip and team at North Echo completely designed, planned, and completed our once in a generation cottage rebuild/expansion, boathouse, and guest cottage... and did an incredible job! I honestly can't say enough. The nicest and most professional people. Total financial transparency, and organization. There every time when they said they would be.
